We're PREGNANT!

Yup! You arent going crazy.... we're pregnant! It came to a surprise to us as well! The baby is due on September 8th. Eleasa officially starts her 2nd trimester tomorrow (monday). We're totally excited about this! A little sooner than we expected but still happy! So far things have been a breeze! No morning sickness or anything! Every now and then Eleasa feels nauseated and has had a few 'close calls' but its been pretty easy! Most days she has a hard time 'feeling' pregnant actually. Of course the first ultrasound was amazing! The baby was wiggling all over the place (lets just hope it doesnt have ADHD). We got a few pictures and a quick video of our new little one. Eleasa was pretty confused because she'd take several HPT's and all negative. Finally she went into the Clinic where Donavon works and took a blood test. She had to get back to work so Donavon sat in the lab and watched the results. He called her on her way home for lunch with the news. She was totally in denial so he had to bring home the evidence. We definitely cant wait until we find out if its a boy or girl! We will find out sometime mid April at the next ultrasound! Donavon wants a boy, and so does Eleasa, but she's secretly hoping for a girl. We'll be happy either way! We cant wait!!!! (oh in case you cant tell.... the baby's head is on the left - thats and arm and foot sticking up and the bum on the right)

I think I am still in denial about this...is this really happening?! I am excited for you but also scared considering D may be headed to S. Korea shortly after this babe is born. Am I pulling a "Joan" by being stressed out for you? :) But I'm still excited. We've been thinking for a few months now that we'd like to start trying for a #4 soon, so that would be fun if we could provide a cousin who would be close in age to yours. Although with my luck, it'll probably take me 3 years to get pregnant or something. Is D's family excited? What was their reaction? CONGRATULATIONS!

Congratulations Eleasa and Donavon! That is so exciting! Ella came a little earlier than we were planning, but I wouldn't trade her for the world!
